As we are a new, small business, we are asking for your patience with delivery times as we try to find out feet. Most of our products are shipped without delay and will be with you when promised.

Our delivery process is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent by the manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Please note that items may be delivered seperately and on different days. We will try our best to get them all at the same time, both for you and the envrionment, but there is no guarantee.

Estimated shipping times:

• Shipping to Europe & North America usually takes 10-30 business days
• Shipping elsewhere usually takes 20-40 business days
